Terms and Conditions of Purchase

We occasionally do not deliver to some remote areas, but we will let you know at the time of ordering if there is a problem. We usually don't deliver to the Highlands or Channel Islands.

Delivery will be on Thursday 22nd or Friday 23rd December 2011.

If for some reason the delivery cannot be made on 22nd or 23rd December 2011, we will reschedule the delivery for 24th December 2011.

If you may be out on 23rd December, please leave alternate delivery instructions (on the paypal order form.) You do not need to sign for your delivery. Please also give us your phone number in case of delay or some unforeseen problem.

If we cannot deliver your order on 23rd December because you are out, have not left alternate delivery instructions, have left inadequate delivery instructions and/or we cannot reach you, you will have to pay a redelivery charge of 30 pounds for delivery the next day.

Please note that the courier may come at any time on 23rd December, so it is best to have someone available to take the delivery, or leave alternate delivery instructions in case you are out. We are unable to let you know an exact delivery time as we deliver through a 3rd party courier. The courier delivers any time between 9am and 9pm.

If you order a goose for pay on collection, we cannot guarantee that we will have your size in stock and you will have to pay the price per kilo for whichever goose is nearest in size to the one you want.

Orders can be collected from us on 22-23 December 9am-4pm.

Please read the storage instructions for your goose or chicken carefully. We cannot accept any responsibility for your goose or chicken being unfit for consumption through your failure to follow the storage instructions.
